When I work with my personal training clients, I always express how important it is to integrate good nutrition with exercise. To get the body you desire through a well-balanced training program, you must focus on about 85 percent nutrition and 15 percent your physical activity.  Weight training, cardio and proper nutrition—you need all three components to achieve your goal.

I personalize my programs and educate my clients on how to make better food choices so they can lose weight, tone up and not feel starved!

 Tracy’s Rules

  • Be patient!  When starting a nutrition program, be consistent and patient and give your body at least two weeks to adjust to your new program
  • Don’t be a yo-yo!  Stay away from yo-yo diets. You will only confuse your body, which will rebel and hold on to more body fat.
  • Be true to yourself!  Don’t “borrow” your friend’s diet plan. Follow only the plan that has been personalized for you and your desired body weight.
  • Check credentials!  Always make sure your nutritionist is certified or a registered dietician.
  • Get committed!  Give your nutrition plan 100 percent. Commitment is everything if you want to see effective results.
  • Slow down!  Never, ever rush to lose weight. The best, long-lasting results come about when you change your life to be healthy and strong.
