Tracy’s passion for fitness began about 26 years ago. And as she reached her goals of personal fitness, she developed a passion to help others stay fit and look great.

She has worked with some of the top competitors in the women’s bodybuilding field, including IFBB competitor, Beth Roberts, and NPC National competitors Carrie Simmons, Vonda Kline, Danille Rhigas, Jason Cottone, Chris Hess, and Margie Murphy.
 
“When someone hires me to be their personal trainer, their goals become my own, and I am with them every step of the way, encouraging them to give 100 percent so they reach their full potential,” Tracy says.

Tracy uses unique techniques to target those challenging areas. Her motivation and versatile training methods help her clients stay healthy and strong. And her knowledge has earned her a loyal following throughout the Bucks County area.

I like to train hard. I served four years in the US Marines. That’s where I met my husband of seven years. After my four-year tour, I had 2 sons and gained over eighty pounds. I then became a homemaker. I have been doing aerobics for 7 years now and I love it. But I knew I needed to add a new challenge to my workout regiment to get my body back in good shape. Its when I went to Tracy’s class almost a year ago that I found what I needed. In Tracy’s class you do aerobics with weight training tied in to give you a “body sculpting” class. She pushes her class to take it to another level and that’s just what I needed. Her encouragement inspires me to keep coming back to class. It has been almost a year that I have been going to her class and I have lost the eighty pounds. I stay focused on eating right and working out. I am a 37-year young married mother of two children. Like most caring mothers, we are always doing things for our kids and tend to lose ourselves in their lives. Well, I wanted to do something for myself, so about eight months ago I decided to join a gym. I now attend regular fitness classes four to five times a week and weight train once or twice per week. The whole fitness training has been beneficial to both my physical and mental wellbeing.

I had always heard such wonderful things about Tracy and her class. Luckily, I had the opportunity to start taking her class about six months ago and I was hooked. I consider myself the “rookie of the crew”, but in just a short time I am seeing positive results. I have lost about ten pounds and am really starting to tone my body. Tracy’s classes are very challenging, but also very rewarding. They have helped me to improve mystrength, endurance and flexibility.

Being a part of the video has been such a wonderful opportunity and one that I’ll never forget. I met and trained with lots of great people, especially Tracy. Learning from her has been an exciting and rewarding experience for me. I hope to continue to train under her direction for many years to come
